Leveraging CRM as the core, we implemented a comprehensive ticketing and registration system capable of handling multiple tiers and managing all participant data efficiently, including bundled ticket options and a dedicated support ticketing system.

Comprehensive Ecosystem Integration with Event Portal & Mobile App

We established seamless, real-time data synchronisation between CMS, CRM, Payment System and Mobile App , utilising Microservice Integrator for robust automation bridges. This allowed Event Portal & Mobile App to act as the primary platforms for in-event experience.

Dynamic Content & Live Event Control

We developed a flexible content management system (Webflow CMS and Airtable) to manage the conference agenda, speaker details, and session materials, dynamically updated via automations. Live stream management for conference sessions was integrated through Swapcard, providing a central hub for real-time broadcasts and later access to recordings.

Networking & Profile Visibility

By integrating participant profiles managed through Outseta into Swapcard, we enabled a powerful networking feature. Attendees could create and manage their profiles, which were then displayed for other participants, fostering connection opportunities during and after the conference.
